RETURNS
We hope you love your pieces. If not, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We produce in small runs using deadstock fabrics, which means pieces are limited and not always restocked. Store credit helps us keep things thoughtful, intentional, and a little more special. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us at help@thepaintedlady.shop and we’ll take care of you.
EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept size exchanges depending on availability. Please reach out to us at help@thepaintedlady.shop and we’ll do our best to help. Note: due to our limited quantities, exchanges aren’t always guaranteed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return has been approved. If approved, you'll receive your store credit within 10 business days. Once issued, your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used toward a future purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us athelp@thepaintedlady.shop
