If not, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We produce in small runs using deadstock fabrics, which means pieces are limited and not always restocked.
Store credit helps us keep things thoughtful, intentional, and a little more special. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us at help@thepaintedlady.shop and we’ll take care of you.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, reach out to us at help@thepaintedlady.shop and we’ll do our best to help - depending on availability.
Because of our limited quantities, exchanges aren’t always guaranteed.
