We ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Do you restock sold out pieces?
Since we produce in small runs using deadstock fabrics, our quantities are limited and we do not always restock sold out items. If you love a piece, we recommend getting it before it sells out!
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we accept size exchanges depending on availability. Please reach out to us at help@thepaintedlady.shop within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to help you find the right fit.
How do I check the status of my return?
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue you store credit within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit details.
